Plan ahead to avoid delays

We expect the Craigieburn Line and Route 19 and 58 trams will be busier than usual during the disruption, as well as local roads. Some tips if you need to travel during the disruption:

  • If you can, avoid the morning and afternoon peaks (7am to 9am and 4.30pm to 6.30pm) and consider alternatives where possible
  • Take advantage of free early bird travel, with all metropolitan trains free if you touch on and off before 7.15am on weekdays
  • Consider cycling or walking for local trips
